Stayed here overnight for work. The room was great and quite I was on the 8th floor so no impacts from street noise. The room was clean and the temperature control was easy to adjust.
The WiFi worked well but the TV didn't do well streaming normal channels. I couldn't get the cast.tv service to work with my android phone.
The room has a Nespresso coffee machine as well as a kettle and the usual teas. 4 coffee pods provided with one being decaffeinated.
The gym downstairs was great. A good selection of machines and equipment so you should be able to manage a workout if you are so inclined. There is a pool but I didn't have time to use it.
It'll be one of my preferred hotels now for the tower hill area even though there aren't any good views out the windows.

Room was clean, location is good! I stay away every week and I don’t normally complain but this hotel test my patience.
The management team were clueless , and very rude , and not very helpful at all!
Good luck trying to get through to the admin team, as they don’t even have one Now.
I was woken up twice , as people where ordering food , and 9:30pm ish for some reason they kept knocking on my door..
the general team needs training as they have no clue, I’ll never stay in a Leonardo hotel again..

A lovely hotel in a good location. Unfortunately I had some issues, especially giving a colleague a key to my room by mistake and them walking in on me. No apology received or acknowledgement from any staff member of the issue. Also the 4th floor stank of sewage for my whole 3 night stay.

Comfortable, high end hotel right in central London. The location is excellent as it is close to central London attractions. Our room was spacious and with excellent facilities. Staff are helpful and professional. Was a really great experience.

The service from the receptionist was absolutely outstanding. I was able to check in earlier and she was so polite and personable. Thank you Yoanita for making such a wonderful and welcoming first impression. Would definitely book again and recommend.

Great hotel. Lovely large room. Nice gesture of chocolates, wee cake and a small bottle of wine, so very kind. Great location and handy for tube station and walking into the city. Tower of London nearby and Tower Bridge. Really nice restaurants across the river.

Staff very nice. But pool area was dirty, pool water didn't look good. The loft system was not good and couldn't handle people-traffic at times. Towel in room wasn't clean on arrival.

The service my partner and I received was absolutely exceptional. All of my requests were accommodated by the hotel reservations team. We were given a larger, higher quality executive room, for no extra cost. My partner received a cute bday cake and a bottle of red wine waiting for him in our room. The view I asked for was met and was absolutely stunning. They really went above and beyond for us. The spa downstairs was also great. The spa has a steam room, jacuzzi and sauna. There is also a massive pool. Very relaxing environment. Loved it. My partner had a beautiful day and felt so special and cared for. We can not thank the hotel staff enough. Well done!

Couldn’t fault the hotel. Rooms are lovely and spacious, house keeping is great they even do a nightly turn down service. Breakfast was great, a good selection of food available. Room service is prompt and food is delicious. We would recommend this to anyone for a family stay.

Brilliant hotel, they couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was great. Ask to stay in a room away from the lift though as can get noisy.
